KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Develop and execute marketing strategy focused on SEO referral generation and online advertising, create video and digital content to elevate brand positioning, design print and digital materials for referral partners, collaborate with Admissions & Outreach on new referral development through tours conferences and campaigns, implement and optimize CRM strategy for referral tracking and accountability, manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, review marketing metrics and report to leadership, support business development goals and outreach systems, maintain strong communication with families consultants and referral sources

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 3–5 years experience in admissions outreach or business development, Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong professional communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications, CRM and electronic records system experience, ability to work independently and cross-functionally, alignment with mission-driven healthcare work
