KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution aligned to revenue goals, define and track core marketing KPIs, translate technical products into compelling narratives, oversee content marketing and thought leadership initiatives, plan and execute events and field marketing programs, align closely with Sales on pipeline and enablement, collaborate with Product on messaging and launches, optimize HubSpot workflows and reporting, iterate campaigns based on data and performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: Proven experience leading marketing in B2B SaaS or tech startups, strong KPI and revenue-focused mindset, experience with content-driven marketing and GTM campaigns, experience managing small execution-focused teams, strong cross-functional communication skills, experience with long sales cycles and enterprise GTM preferred, familiarity with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs, experience in industrial automation or technical domains preferred, experience in remote startup environments preferred
