KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own end-to-end growth strategy and revenue targets, manage CAC ROAS and unit economics reporting, build and optimize creator sponsorship pipeline, design and scale affiliate program with profit-aware commission structures, recruit and manage UGC creators, run high-velocity creative testing and viral distribution experiments, coordinate or hire paid performance specialists, build dashboards and reporting cadence, hire and manage growth team members, iterate quickly based on data and performance

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: Proven experience scaling creator tools consumer SaaS or subscription apps, strong understanding of YouTube sponsorships affiliates and UGC distribution, experience managing growth systems and experiments, ability to manage blended CAC and ROAS targets, experience hiring and leading specialists, startup operator mindset, experience scaling early traction to meaningful ARR preferred
