KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own paid acquisition performance across Meta Google TikTok and emerging channels, lead creative strategy including messaging and creator briefs, optimize full funnel from acquisition to reactivation, build lifecycle nurture and churn reactivation programs, develop and prioritize experimentation roadmap, analyze attribution and cohort performance data, partner cross-functionally with product creative and agencies, identify and test new growth channels and initiatives, track and improve CAC payback and conversion metrics

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 4+ years experience in growth or performance marketing with direct CAC or revenue ownership, proven track record improving CAC and conversion in consumer or healthcare companies, hands-on experience with Meta Google and TikTok ads, experience collaborating with agencies, strong analytical skills, ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments, experience with lifecycle or CRM marketing preferred, healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred, familiarity with AI marketing tools a plus
