KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own paid acquisition performance across Meta Google TikTok and emerging channels, optimize CAC and payback metrics, lead channel-level creative testing and scaling, manage end-to-end funnel optimization from lead to reactivation, build experimentation roadmap across channels and landing pages, develop lifecycle nurture and churn reactivation strategies, analyze attribution and cohort data for incremental growth opportunities, collaborate with agencies product and creative teams

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 4+ years growth or performance marketing experience, proven track record improving CAC and conversion rates, hands-on experience with Meta Google and TikTok ads, experience managing agencies or external partners, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments, healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred, lifecycle or CRM marketing experience preferred
