Key Tasks: Lead lifecycle and engagement programs, execute omnichannel campaigns across email/SMS/in-product, design and scale experiments, activate behavioral and lifecycle signals, analyze performance data, collaborate with product and analytics teams, optimize activation and adoption funnels, manage EMEA compliance considerations

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 5+ years growth marketing experience in SaaS, hands-on experience with Segment and Salesforce, experience with reverse ETL pipelines, omnichannel orchestration expertise, strong analytical skills, ability to leverage AI and automation tools, strong stakeholder communication skills, experience with SQL or Python preferred
