Salary: $30–$35 per hour

Pay Type: Hourly (1099 Contractor)

Salary Band: Mid-Level

KEY TASKS

Key Tasks: Manage and publish monthly Substack posts, Format and design Substack content, Grow and optimize LinkedIn presence, Build and nurture email list ahead of book launch, Execute basic email marketing campaigns, Repurpose content across platforms, Research audience growth strategies beyond academia, Organize content calendar and promotional timelines, Maintain organized digital content assets

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: Experience managing Substack publishing and growth, Strong LinkedIn content and audience-building experience, Email marketing and list-building knowledge, Excellent writing and editing skills, Strong organizational and workflow management skills, Ability to translate complex neuroscience topics into accessible content, Professional discretion and respect for sensitive subject matter
