Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 USD annually (bonus eligible)

Role: Lead underwriting strategy and broker partnerships to drive growth, profitability, and innovation within the Tribal insurance program.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years commercial insurance or MGA experience, multi-line P&C underwriting, specialty or tribal lines preferred, strong relationship and negotiation skills
Key Tasks: build broker relationships, underwrite complex risks, exercise underwriting authority, analyze loss trends, develop customized solutions, influence program strategy, collaborate cross-functionally
