Salary: $61,600 – $129,300 per year

Role: Provide advanced litigation and courtroom support to Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs) in civil and criminal matters, supporting investigations, discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (law degree) required
• 3–5 years of litigation support experience (pre-trial and trial)
• Strong knowledge of federal/state court systems and legal research
• Proficiency with legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
• Experience with litigation databases (CaseView, Relativity, Eclipse, or similar)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• U.S. citizenship required; DOJ MBI clearance must be obtainable
Key Tasks:
• Provide comprehensive litigation support throughout all phases of cases
• Conduct legal and factual research related to investigations and litigation
• Organize, review, summarize, and manage large volumes of discovery materials
• Draft pleadings, memoranda, correspondence, and legal research summaries
• Cite-check and proofread filings; electronically file court documents
• Assist with witness interviews and prepare interview reports
• Support trial preparation and in-court proceedings, including exhibits and testimony summaries
• Maintain accurate case records and calendars using CaseView and Microsoft tools
