KEY TASKS

Key Tasks: customer workflow analysis, solution configuration and setup, business discovery and recommendations, project milestone management, stakeholder communication, change management support, on-site customer meetings, risk and issue management, cross-functional coordination

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 4+ years software implementation experience, consulting experience in software organizations, workflow analysis expertise, strong communication and collaboration skills, project ownership experience, healthcare industry experience preferred, ability to manage multi-resource project teams
