Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Manage full lifecycle recruiting, develop creative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines across multiple disciplines, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, advise senior leaders on talent strategy, manage candidate experience and offer negotiations, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, track recruitment data accurately in ATS, attend hiring and networking events

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years recruiting experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience, full lifecycle recruiting expertise, experience in education or technology industry, strong sourcing and networking skills, knowledge of OFCCP, experience using Workday or similar ATS preferred, strong communication and organizational skills
