COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS

Salary: $138,900 - $191,000 per year

Pay Type: Salary + Bonus

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Monitor drug development and medical literature, develop and maintain formularies, analyze drug utilization and spend trends, implement utilization management strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, develop executive communications, collaborate on research projects, advise leadership on pharmacy strategy, support trend mitigation initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or PharmD, active Pharmacist license with Florida license or ability to obtain, experience in managed care or PBM environments, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to manage cross-functional projects, experience with pharmacy and health benefits preferred
