Salary: $120,000–$145,000 per year (plus equity)

Qualifications: 2+ years Customer Success or post-sales SaaS experience, enterprise or mid-market account ownership, renewals and expansion experience, strong stakeholder communication, comfort in ambiguous startup environments
Key Tasks: Own enterprise customer relationships, lead onboarding and enablement, conduct QBRs, manage renewals and expansion, analyze customer ROI and usage, relay customer feedback to product and GTM teams
