KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Manage calendars and scheduling, handle inbox organization and drafting, execute client onboarding and follow-ups, update CRM and Monday.com boards, draft and format communications and documents, support content workflows, prepare meeting agendas and reports, maintain SOPs, use AI to automate summaries and task creation ────────────────────────
QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: Executive assistant or virtual assistant experience, exceptional written English, high proficiency with AI tools, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, professional communication and confidentiality
