KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications, Enhance advertising CMS and business intelligence portal, Collaborate with product and data teams on feature development, Improve ad campaign efficiency and effectiveness, Optimize user experience across web and mobile applications, Scale distributed systems supporting high transaction volumes, Contribute to full-stack development using modern frameworks

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: 2+ years experience with Ruby on Rails, Full-stack web development experience, Experience with Vue.js or modern JavaScript frameworks preferred, Knowledge of distributed systems, Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, Experience in remote-first environments, Strong focus on code quality and iteration speed
