KEY TASKS

Key Tasks: Develop and maintain core backend services, enhance Flask-based systems, build and maintain FastAPI applications, design and implement internal and external API integrations, improve backend performance and scalability, modernize legacy production systems, participate in on-call rotation for production reliability

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 4+ years Python experience, proficiency in an additional object-oriented language, strong SQL and database management skills, backend architecture design experience, performance optimization under load, experience with legacy system modernization, experience using AI development tools, strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
