Key Tasks: marketplace performance ownership, digital shelf optimization, retail media strategy and execution, ROAS and margin management, agency coordination, SKU launch planning, pricing and competitive analysis, attribution and incrementality testing, cross-functional alignment with sales and operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, 7–10 years e-commerce or growth leadership experience, marketplace expertise (Amazon, Chewy, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop), large-budget performance marketing ownership, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, leadership experience
