Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years SaaS customer success or account management experience, people leadership, data-driven decision making, strategic planning, hotel industry experience a plus
Key Tasks: Lead CSM team, define customer success strategy, manage renewals, oversee escalations, track KPIs and reporting, partner with product and sales, recruit and develop talent
