Support and operate Zoom’s high-availability Team Chat and Zoom Events platforms, ensuring 24/7 reliability, zero-downtime deployments, and resilient production systems at massive scale.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, Groovy)
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins
Strong background in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS)
Excellent troubleshooting and production support skills
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and after-hours deployments
Key Tasks:
Design and implement highly available (99.999%) production systems
Build and maintain disaster recovery strategies across regions
Diagnose and resolve complex production and performance issues
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments and configuration
Manage monitoring tools and respond to outages and incidents
Collaborate with infrastructure, vendors, and engineering teams on reliability and security
Serve as regional point of contact for operational support and communications
