Key Tasks: Design and build websites end-to-end, create landing pages for ecommerce and lead generation, implement CRO improvements, set up and QA analytics tracking, optimize performance and Core Web Vitals, collaborate with media and strategy teams, maintain clean documentation and handoffs

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 5+ years web design and development experience, portfolio with live URLs, strong UX and conversion design skills, HTML/CSS/JavaScript proficiency, performance optimization experience, Git and deployment workflow knowledge, independent project ownership
