KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Develop revenue cycle coding strategy and business plans, oversee daily coding operations and leadership teams, ensure coding compliance and accuracy standards, manage staffing training and performance, monitor coding quality productivity and reimbursement outcomes, analyze compliance trends and root causes, resolve payer denials, collaborate with senior leadership and clinical stakeholders, implement process improvements and coding education programs

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: Leadership experience in revenue cycle or coding operations, expertise in coding compliance and reimbursement regulations, experience managing managers and coding teams, proficiency with Epic billing systems, knowledge of payer requirements and coding web resources, strong analytical and decision-making skills, experience in Cardiology CVTS or Vascular specialty leadership preferred
