Key Tasks: Lead customer onboarding, drive platform adoption, conduct ROI and value analyses, deliver executive business reviews, support renewals and expansion, manage strategic accounts, develop adoption roadmaps, analyze usage patterns, partner with sales on growth initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 8+ years relevant experience, enterprise customer management experience, strong financial and ROI analysis skills, executive-level presentation skills, consultative selling expertise, cybersecurity or SaaS experience, BA/BS preferred
