KEY TASKS

Key Tasks: Drive year-over-year sales growth ($5–15M territory), manage 8–25 accounts, expand business through prospecting and networking, support negotiations for new opportunities, coordinate validation and customer trials, manage account planning and pipeline in CRM, improve forecast accuracy, oversee profitability and churn management, collaborate with R&D, marketing, and field service teams, manage accounts receivable performance

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, 1+ years relevant experience in technical sales or general management (packaging industry preferred), strong negotiation skills, proven record of profitable sales growth, ability to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally, strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
