Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year

Qualifications: 2+ years customer success/project or account management experience, cyber risk or risk management knowledge, strong communication skills, customer relationship management at scale, CRM or CS tools experience preferred, Eastern Time Zone location.
Key Tasks: Onboard and manage customers, deliver training and success plans, drive engagement and adoption, monitor customer health, translate risk frameworks into solutions, advocate customer needs internally, identify expansion opportunities.
