Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 plus bonus or commission

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Lead and coach mid-market Customer Success Managers, drive customer value realization and renewal readiness, enforce Customer Success playbook execution, manage escalations for at-risk accounts, partner with Account Management on renewals and expansion, monitor customer health and performance metrics, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations, improve processes and tooling scalability

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 6+ years in Customer Success or related customer-facing roles, 3+ years people management experience, experience managing scaled portfolios, proven retention and renewal success, strong stakeholder communication skills, analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration experience, familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success tools, SaaS experience preferred
