Salary: $100,000–$130,000 OTE (base + variable)

Qualifications: 3+ years customer success/sales/account management/fundraising experience, strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building skills, executive presentation experience, education market exposure preferred, Salesforce and CS tools familiarity.
Key Tasks: Own customer lifecycle from implementation to renewal, drive 90%+ retention, conduct account reviews, identify cross-sell and renewal opportunities, collaborate with sales and product, deliver training, represent company at events and webinars.
