Salary: $132,000 - $165,000

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Build strategic relationships with enterprise stakeholders, guide customers in optimizing analytics and BI usage, drive Net Dollar Retention through upsell and cross-sell initiatives, reduce churn through proactive engagement, develop and execute customer success plans, advocate for product enhancements, deliver training sessions and workshops, collaborate with product teams, manage complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 7+ years in customer success or account management within SaaS analytics or BI, experience in enterprise sales environments, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven success driving Net Dollar Retention growth, experience with SQL and data visualization tools, experience with Snowflake Databricks Redshift or BigQuery preferred, ETL experience, BI implementation experience, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
