Role: Lead the Technical Services organization overseeing customer implementation, onboarding, and training programs to ensure scalable, high-quality integration and product adoption across the customer lifecycle.

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own end-to-end customer implementation strategy, oversee pre-sale technical evaluations and proof-of-concept support, lead post-sale onboarding and integration, manage customer training and enablement programs, develop scalable implementation frameworks and documentation, lead and coach Implementation Engineers and Training Managers, establish cross-functional handoffs with Sales and Customer Success, drive continuous improvement in onboarding workflows, collaborate with Product and Support to resolve recurring challenges

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS client-facing roles, 3–5+ years managing technical or enablement teams, experience supporting pre-sale and post-sale onboarding, strong knowledge of customer lifecycle best practices, experience designing scalable delivery programs, strong communication skills, experience with data or analytics SaaS products, familiarity with proof-of-concept sales motions, experience in growth-stage or post-merger environments
