COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS

Salary: $75,400 - $125,600

Pay Type: Base (bonus eligible)

Work Type: Full-Time

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Manage client relationships and understand business needs, lead RetinaOS implementations and go-lives, conduct user training and feature demos, analyze usage data to drive adoption, collaborate with technical teams for integrations, provide proactive post-onboarding support, maintain CRM and ticketing records, develop client success plans, present ROI metrics to healthcare clinics, travel up to 15%

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: 4+ years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred, healthcare industry knowledge preferred, experience with EMR or practice management systems, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work Eastern Time hours, authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
