KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Build strategic relationships with rehab therapy clients, deliver product training and post-Go-Live support, drive feature adoption and upsell premium offerings, manage support escalations and workflow guidance, lead webinars for clinical staff, assist with client onboarding, support churn prevention and downgrade mitigation, collaborate cross-functionally with billing and client experience teams, maintain deep understanding of therapy business workflows

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: Experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics, licensed rehab therapist or clinical background, experience with EMR systems, strong technical proficiency across software platforms, highly proficient in MS Excel, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, passion for learning software systems, medical billing experience preferred, prior SaaS experience preferred
