Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 plus commission

Qualifications: 2–4 years client success or account management experience, enterprise client ownership, healthcare industry experience preferred, upsell and retention experience, strong communication and presentation skills, operational and reporting expertise, ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Key Tasks: Own enterprise client relationships, lead client implementations, drive utilization and engagement strategies, manage renewals and expansions, deliver reporting and recommendations, coordinate cross-functionally, contribute to product roadmap, improve operational processes.
