Key Tasks: customer relationship management, product adoption and optimization, system utilization monitoring, process improvement initiatives, escalated issue resolution, retention and save efforts, client training and onboarding, cross-functional coordination

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 4–6 years customer success or account management experience, 2+ years SaaS support experience, healthcare software exposure, scheduling workflow familiarity, strong communication skills, ability to travel up to 25%
