Salary: CA$152,000 – CA$190,000 Base + Equity

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Drive acquisition strategy for Active Trader segment in partnership with Sales and Growth teams, lead end-to-end GTM execution for trader-focused product launches, translate trading product innovations into compelling positioning and messaging, leverage personal trading experience to shape strategy and roadmap advocacy, analyze datasets using SQL to evaluate campaign and product performance, design and run experiments to optimize marketing and product initiatives, monitor competitive landscape and regulatory trends in trading markets, develop trader-centric narratives and campaign content, leverage AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and amplify campaign impact

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 8+ years marketing experience in hyper-growth technology companies, active trading experience across stocks options crypto or other instruments, proven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies, strong cross-functional leadership across Product Growth Sales and Brand teams, proficiency in SQL for performance analysis and insight generation, experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and strategy, strong understanding of active trader behaviors tools and motivations
