COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS

Salary: $107,900 – $195,050 USD annually

Pay Type: Salary

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Lead space planning and architectural design for government facilities, develop conceptual through construction drawings, ensure compliance with NFPA 101 and ADA standards, coordinate with civil/structural/MEP consultants, conduct space programming and circulation analysis, utilize BIM tools for modeling and documentation, perform cost estimating and quantity takeoffs, support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, site reviews), ensure federal and GSA compliance standards

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: Accredited Architecture degree, 8+ years design experience in commercial/industrial/government facilities, experience evaluating building enclosures (roofing, waterproofing), experience in failure analysis and enclosure commissioning, ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance, strong knowledge of federal/state/local building codes and accessibility standards
