KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own end-to-end growth strategy across B2C and B2B channels, build and scale repeatable acquisition and retention engines, lead messaging and lifecycle engagement for 500k+ customers, launch new channels and partnership routes to market, optimize full-funnel performance from acquisition to monetisation, own forecasting budgeting and growth metrics, collaborate cross-functionally with product CX legal operations and commercial teams, implement automation and CRM systems to scale efficiently, support M&A integration from a growth systems perspective, recruit and lead a high-performing growth team

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: Proven experience scaling both B2C and B2B services businesses, strong commercial and financial acumen including forecasting and budgeting, deep expertise across paid organic lifecycle and partnership channels, experience managing large consumer audiences, strong cross-functional leadership skills, data-driven decision making capability, operational rigor with automation and CRM systems, ability to thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments
