### 🧠 What you’ll actually own:
• Day-to-day clinic operations (systems, workflows, client experience)
• Admin team support + escalation point
• Scheduling, billing, and client records
• Managing tools like Jane App + ClickUp
• Tracking key metrics (bookings, retention, utilization)
• Improving systems + implementing SOPs
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and team coordination
