A 3PL (fulfillment/logistics) company is hiring a Claims & Carrier Support Specialist.
This is more of an operations role than traditional customer support — focused on handling shipping issues and working directly with carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
🔧 What you’d be doing:
Filing and managing shipping claims
Following up with carriers consistently
Submitting documents (invoices, photos, etc.)
Tracking claims until resolution
Reopening/escalating denied claims
