──────────────────────── ROLE OVERVIEW ──────────────────────── Role: Lead enterprise brand strategy, governance, and integrated campaigns to strengthen national brand positioning, drive awareness, and ensure consistent brand execution across a mission-driven technology training organization. ──────────────────────── APPLY ──────────────────────── https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/perscholashires/jobs/4659328006 ──────────────────────── COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS ──────────────────────── Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 USD annually Pay Type: Salary Work Type: Full-Time Location: [USA Only – Select States] ──────────────────────── KEY TASKS ──────────────────────── Key Tasks: Lead enterprise brand strategy positioning and messaging evolution, establish and enforce brand governance standards, manage brand research and health measurement initiatives, oversee digital asset management (DAM) system implementation, develop scalable brand toolkits for campus teams, lead integrated brand campaigns aligned to enterprise priorities, define enterprise social media strategy and content pillars, oversee creative direction across design video digital and print, manage agencies and production partners, collaborate with Communications Events and Stakeholder Marketing teams, build and lead a high-performing Brand Marketing team ──────────────────────── QUALIFICATIONS ──────────────────────── Qualifications: 10–15 years brand marketing and integrated campaign leadership experience, experience leading enterprise brand refresh initiatives, 5–10+ years managing teams and agencies, expertise in brand governance positioning and messaging frameworks, strong creative direction and visual identity experience, familiarity with digital marketing channels (web social email content), strong change management and organizational influence skills, excellent communication skills, commitment to mission-driven work and economic equity advancement
