AI voiceovers, multilanguage avatar webinar

Great webinar for today mulitlanguage training. I have a question about the voiceover feathures, more from last weeks webinar. It occurs to me that the video double we create in the free portion of Heygen will not have a voice. Is this correct? In watching last weeks recording, you mentioned recording your own voice in the apps your recommended. Is this because I will need to use it in Heygen for my videos, or make the decision to get paid version and then I need to record my voice there? Im a bit confused about the voice over, as you can tell. Please help
