Sleep advice?
Hey y'all! I just started out my career in VA/VT at the beginning of the month! I won't lie, I am not a morning person... so waking up at 0500 has been messing with me. I am not sure if it is because I am not used to getting up early with my other job (kennel tech), or if it's the long shifts. Help! I am off today from both jobs and slept 10hrs! Am I doing something wrong? Or will I get use to it? Thank y'all in advance for the advice!
