Our vegan journey began over 30 years ago when my husband was at MIT working on his molecular biology degree. A friend of his told him that he was going to experiment with a vegan diet so Markus decided to see if it would improve both his academic and athletic performance.
Now, a family of four with boys who are 9 and 13, we're into the second generation of vegan eating.
I am a High-performance Health Consultant with 30 years of experience in diet and lifestyle medicine and a masters degree in East Asian Medicine and Markus is our Health Strategist.
Being scientists, we analyze our recipes for nutrient content as well as food-as-medicine benefits. We also do annual family blood tests to ensure we're on the right track and be able to course correct if needed.
We've worked with 7-figure CEO’s, Olympic athletes, creatives, emerging leaders, and parents around the world.
We currently live abroad, high in the Andes mountains of Ecuador, studying health secrets of the Inca and Ecuadorian people.
