Good Morning! My name is James and I'm a 4x Girl Dad located in Orlando, Fl. I lost closing on my own personal home back in '08 due to doing something dumb during the home buying process so now I empower and educate clients on the pitfalls to avoid during the home buying/selling process. I'm here to sharpen all the tools in my arsenal through roleplaying and objection handling to secure more appointments and to CLOSE.
