I was revisiting this old making of video of my track Expansion from my album Relaxing Piano Meditations (turning 5 years this week!) and thinking about how deeply our teenage musical inspirations stay with us for life. I spent those years listening to Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater), and I think that this piece was inspired by the album An Evening with John Petrucci & Jordan Rudess, one of my favorite albums growing up.
