Looking for Producer/Creative Director

My record label has been looking for a Producer/creative Director for quite some time. The goal is to work with artists under the label to help them build a sound that encapsulates their message. Many projects available. Looking to give 35% of the label profits in return. Must know or be willing to learn BandLab. Can utilize your own instruments and/or free loops on BandLab. Side note: If production is it your thing- I’m also looking for someone to take 25% share of the profits from the label. You would do daily business tasks associated with running a production company/record label. You would be a business administrator. Must be able to run daily tasks or be willing to learn.
