Shipping • Orders ship Monday- Saturday (schedule may change in the future) • No Sunday shipping • Orders placed before 12PM MST ship same day • Orders placed after 12PM MST ship next business day • Tracking numbers are sent within 24 hours of order processing, usually shortly after the shipping label is printed. • We currently ship using: •USPS Priority Mail UPS ⚠️ Important Once the carrier has possession of the package, delivery speed and delays are outside of our control. Typical delivery time is 2-3 business days, though weather or carrier delays can occasionally occur. Delivered Packages Once tracking shows a package as "Delivered", the order is considered completed on our end. After delivery confirmation, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier and the recipient. If you experience issues after delivery, you will need to contact the carrier directly. Lost Package Policy A package is considered lost only after 15 consecutive days with no tracking movement. • AbscendGence Research reserves the right to determine whether a package qualifies as lost. • If a package is confirmed lost, the order will be reshipped.
