PEPTIDE USERS - FAQ
Please read this FAQ before messaging with questions. Most common questions are answered below.
Shipping
• Orders ship Monday- Saturday
(schedule may change in the future)
• No Sunday shipping
• Orders placed before 12PM MST
ship same day
• Orders placed after 12PM MST ship next business day
• Tracking numbers are sent within 24 hours of order processing, usually shortly after the shipping label is printed.
• We currently ship using:
•USPS Priority Mail

Important
Once the carrier has possession of the package, delivery speed and delays are outside of our control.
Typical delivery time is 2-3 business days, though weather or carrier delays can occasionally occur.
Delivered Packages
Once tracking shows a package as
"Delivered", the order is considered completed on our end.
After delivery confirmation, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier and the recipient.
If you experience issues after delivery, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
Lost Package Policy
A package is considered lost only after 15 consecutive days with no tracking movement.
• AbscendGence Research reserves the right to determine whether a package qualifies as lost.
• If a package is confirmed lost, the order will be reshipped.
Please remember:
"Delayed" does NOT mean "lost."
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, logistics, or other circumstances outside of our control.

First off, I'm very sorry if that happens.
Every order is double and triple checked before shipping, but I am human and mistakes can occasionally occur.
If you receive the wrong item:
• Contact me immediately
• I will make it right as quickly as possible
Do You Provide COAs?

At this time, products that have been tested have gone through group testing and vendor testing.
As Protide health grows and we begin ordering larger batches with different products so we will be doing more testing and provide every
COA.
