Introduction.
This community’s purpose is to help you live in peace, feel well, and find balance. Through a variety of ideas we want to help you see that spirituality does not necessarily mean renouncing a material life or the many luxuries and pleasures the world has to offer. A balance between the material and the spiritual may be what you’ve been missing in order to feel at peace and happy. From the bottom of my heart, I hope that the content shared in this community helps you achieve that balance and realize that you have always been at peace—you just couldn’t see it.

How can my life change?
Modern spirituality can offer you a way to live well and at peace, how it should be. When we adopt this way of being, we start to see the world completely in reverse. We start dancing with life. We no longer demand that life be a certain way. Living like this is in perfect harmony with setting goals and enjoying the beautiful pleasures life has to offer. The difference is that we start honoring and enjoying the material world, but we stop identifying ourselves with it, specially we cease to identify ourselves with our thoughts and feelings. Our feelings no longer tell us how we should live our life. Paradoxically, when form identification ceases, we often feel an even stronger desire to pursue and achieve material things—because we see them for what they truly are and genuinely learn to enjoy them. Recognizing who or what we truly are really makes life simpler and richer. When we grow in consciousness life smiles at us. In fact, we realize that life has always been smiling at us—whether we lived consciously or not. We simply weren’t able to see it.

Peace & ... Fear - Why does peace in our lives never last?
Whenever we “achieve” peace—even if only for a moment—the instant our mind becomes aware that we are at peace, it begins to generate opposing thoughts and emotions. It may seem that our mind is quite literally rooting against us. Why is our mind behaving like that? It is trying to protect us. It fears losing the peace it perceives or believes it we have. And so, it creates thoughts and feelings with the intention of protecting us, clinging to the peace it thinks we possess. In this way, the very fear of losing peace becomes the cause of losing it. So, what remedy or solution is there? Pretty much there is only one solution: break our identification with our mind, whose default way of working and perceiving the world is through thoughts and emotions. If we continue to live primarily through our senses—especially through what we think and what we feel—we will continue to experience the sense that peace is gained and lost sporadically. What we need to do is to create enough space and distance from our thoughts and emotions, in order to break the attachment we have to our mind. How can we create space? We can only create space by observing our thoughts and emotions, quite literally stopping whatever we are doing and observing them. Notice how the only thing you do throughout the day is unconsciously follow your thoughts. They tell you what to do or what not to do, and you don’t even question them. Observing our thoughts and emotions will be very complicated if we don't really understand the mechanics of our mind. That is why I explain them at detail in the free course available in this community. If we are luck enough to create sufficient space between our thoughts and emotions, we will come to the realization that there is no need to try to “attain” peace. Peace is already ours. It has always been with us and always will be, because in essence, we are peace. If you are reading this and you are starting to feel fear, be grateful—you are fortunate. Your brain is trying to protect you by generating fearful thoughts and emotions.

Separarnos de nuestra mente - IN PROCESS
El chiste es separarnos de nuestra mente. Crear suficiente espacio entre el pensamiento y el sentimiento como para ver que no lo estamos generando nosotros y es nuestro ego el que está generando el pensamiento y el sentimiento. Aunque esto sea incómodo, no tenemos que lidiar con el hecho en sí ni batallar con el sentimiento y el pensamiento. Por qué? Porque literalmente no eres tú el que está sintiendo miedo. Ahora nuestro cuerpo sigue sintiendo miedo y sigue pensando que tiene miedo. Cómo cambiamos esto? Por el simple hecho de separarte reconoces que el pensamiento y el sentimiento no es tuyo. Lo aceptas. En el momento presente, porque es algo que forma parte de la historia de la persona que eres hoy en día. El propio separarte disuelve el pensamiento y el sentimiento porque trae al mundo de la percepción lo que realmente eres. Conciencia pura y plena y trae implícito ut estado natural de ser. No tenemos que hacer nada. Cuando sientas miedo recuerda: La finalidad es traer a este mundo la conciencia y lo que conlleva. Es decir, alegría, paz y gratitud incondicional. Ya lo estás trayendo porque ya estás en ese estado natural de ser. Aparte, en el mundo de la percepción tienes sentimientos y pensamientos, pero con ellos no tienes que batallar o frenarlos. Tómate tu tiempo, déjalos ser y no batalles con ellos. Escúchalos. Ponles atención. Son parte del proceso y de la vida de Andrés y como parte de ella se tienen que honrar. Acéptalos. Esta es la CLAVE = ACEPTAR el momento presente, con el sentimiento y pensamiento que tenga aunque sea incómodo, porque en esencia es hermoso. Y AUQNUE LO SIENTAS NO VEAS AL MUNDO EXTERIOR COMO EL REFLEJO DE LO QUE REALMENTE ES. AUNQUE ESTÉS ANGUSTIADO EN EL MUNDO DE LA PERCEPCIÓN NO ES LO QUE ES, ES TRANSITORIO COMO TODO LO DEL MUNDO DE LAS FORMAS. SI GENUINAMENTE OBSERVAS TE DAS CUENTA DE QUE NO PIENSAS CASI NADA DE LO QUE PIENSAS QUE PIENSAS. PIENSAS CONSCIENTEMENTE, PERO HAY MUCHOS PENSAMIENTOS QUE NO GENERAS, "BUENOS" O "MALOS", LA DUALIDAD SIGUE SIENDO PARTE DE LA MENTE INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE QUE TÚ GENERES CONSCIENTEMENTE EL PENSAMIENTO Y EL SENTIMIENTO
