hey y’all! I’m super excited to start the next challenge here on SKOOL with upstate alternative fitness! Here are three things you can do right now to prepare for the next Polefit Challenge!
- It’s never too early to start stretching! You free websites like YouTube. We recommend using amateur yoga stretch programs with different creators.
- Download the HIIT workouts app! This app includes a range of calisthenics workouts for all levels. With free unpaid options it’s an excellent supplement to all of your training.
- Nutrition is a huge part of lifestyle changes, and although we are not certified in nutrition, we can all consider including more and unprocessed foods into your diet, especially in the morning. Things like nuts, oats, non-dairy milks and fruits or vegetables will give you the energy you need to excel!
