This was a prompt that another Skool community creator prompted and I had some fun with it. I'm basically a Shame Excavator for women who've been digging through the rubble of "What's wrong with me?" their whole lives. I'm the one who finally says: Nothing. Nothing was ever wrong with you! And I really mean it. People come to me when they're drowning in self-help and somehow feeling worse. What they secretly want is to stop being a project and start being a whole person. My method is: Witness. UnShame. Belong. My clients usually say: "I had no idea how violent my inner voice was until you helped me hear it." If you want to connect with someone in my world, you're probably a deeply feeling woman who's tired of being told to think positive, fix yourself, or just let it go, and ready to be seen, heard, and believed for who you are and what you've lived through. What do you think? I think Shame Excavator sounds fun! Let's go digging! 😅
