As you start practicing this week, here's what I'd love to hear from you:
💜 What is one everyday moment where you caught the shame lens? You don't have to share the details. Even naming "it happened at work" or "it happened at bedtime" is enough. You are practicing seeing it. That's what matters.
And if nothing comes up right away, that's okay too. Sometimes it takes a few days. Sometimes it sneaks up on you mid-week when you're not expecting it. There's no timeline here.
If someone else shares, and you feel moved to respond, a simple "I see you" or a "💗" goes a long way. That's unshaming in action.
